Right of withdrawal
You have the right to all purchase contracts that you have with us regarding www.hypreader.shop to revoke without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of a uniform order or a partial shipment, the last goods or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by providing your name, address, the ordered goods, and the order date in a clear statement.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in particular for the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Therefore, glasses with individually ground lenses that were manufactured according to a specific customer order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
